My food journey started in my own kitchen, creating and snapping my own food for social media. Over the last few years it has evolved into food studies in Nutrition Science, Feminist Food Studies and the practical application with my qualification through Leith's London starting in 2021. A subject that brought me so much joy and creative satisfaction has completely blown my world open to the connections between food, social sciences, body image, gender norms and the intricate and political world of the food industry.
As well as developing my own recipes and content, I work with brands on recipe development, content curation and styling.
